(1) Strictly NO backing out after placing order within 24 hours
(2) modes of delivery:
(a) meet ups : F.O.C only within Jurong East to Woodlands MRT range & City Hall to Pasir Ris MRT range. MRT stations beyond our range will be an additional charge of $2.
(b) through postage : Via SingPost/Courier Service. An additional charge of $9.50 will apply & additional packaging will be provided (for SingPost) to ensure that your fragrances will arrive in a perfect condition.
(c) through home delivery : ONLY after 7.30pm onwards for weekdays and 2pm onwards for Saturdays as our deliveryman will only be free after the stated time. An additional charge of $5 will apply.
(3) Items are NON refundable.
(4) Modes of payment :
(a) For meet-ups & home delivery : 50% via POSB Fund Transfers & another 50% upon meet-up.
(b) For postage : Full amount have to be paid after order is confirmed.
(5) ONLY 70% refund will be given should there be any changes after confirmation & payment is done;
(a)within ONE week. Strictly NO refund given after the one week period.
(b)ensure that packaging is still in good condition; just like when we deliver it to you.
(c)We have the right to decide whether the perfume is to be refunded or not. Period.
(6) WE DON'T WORK ON WEEKENDS.
(7) Our T&Cs are subjected to change at any period of time without prior notice.
